Movie Night

Saturday night we had family movie night. On family movie night, we watch a movie that the boys choose. We pop popcorn & turn out all the lights, turn the surround sound on, & settle down & watch a movie. This is a treat for the boys because they get to eat in the family room, which we normally don't allow because of the off-white carpet. Saturday night they picked "Shark Boy & Lava Girl" in 3-D. Word to the wise...don't waste your money. That was the dumbest movie ever!!! But the boys liked it, so that's alright. Besides, family movie night isn't really about the movie...it's about family!!! When the movie was playing, I looked around at my little family with their ugly 3-D glasses on, eating popcorn, all snuggled up in a blanket...well several blankets...& thought "It just doesn't get any better than this!!" God is good & I have been blessed!
