Easter

Easter weekend, we dyed eggs & had an Easter egg hunt. The boys were so funny. We hid them in the grill, in the trees, behind their bikes, & even one in plain site on the hood of Meana's car. They had a blast! They both made a "yucky" egg where they dipped the egg in all the colors that they wanted. They were very ugly. Of course I made a purple egg, & Meana made a Clemson egg - orange on one end, white in the middle, & purple on the other end.

Jhett lost another tooth at Nana's, but he lost it down the drain when he was washing the blood off. Then last Friday, he lost another one. The tooth fairy came & gave him 2 dollars, one for each. Sterling hasnt lost any teeth yet.

This past weekend, Carver had a Spring Fling. We went on Friday. The boys played games such as tug-of-war, throwing the football through a hoop (Jhett did it), wheelbarrow racing (Sterling won), bean bag toss, jump roping, horse shoes, & the limbo (Jhett had trouble). The funniest thing was the scarecrow game. It is two teams of two. Sterling was paired up with another little fellow. They were against 2 girls. Sterling was the scarecrow. The teacher gave the dresser a card with an article of clothing on it. The dresser had to run to the scarecrow satanding over by the bin of clothes & dress the scarecrow with the item of clothing on the card. Sterling was serious. First was a boot. It was on old heavy duty steel toed work boot. The little dresser could not get the boot on Pud, so after several unseccessful tries, Pud took off his shoes & put the boot on. Everyone watching was laughing. It was so funny. He ended up with a coat on, 2 boots, sunglasses, a baseball hat, a scarf, 2 gloves, & a tie. But the girls were better at it. They won! Jhett got a tattoo of the Chinese Yen & Yang. He kept calling it the Zen. I told him it was a tattoo, not money! They ate cotton candy & other junk. They also got to climb into a fire truck, an ambulance, & they got to sit in the backseat of a police car. They didn't like that too much.
